Refund & Revision Policy

1. Work Progress & Clear Communication
Once an order is placed, our team initiates analysis and planning immediately. We work closely with our clients through support tickets, orders panel, and direct chats. It is critical that all specifications and instructions are provided at the start of the order.
2. Revisions
Every package has a defined number of revisions (ranging from 1 to 5 depending on the tier). Revisions involve adjustments, formatting edits, font updates, color modifications, and copy enhancements. Revisions do not cover completely redesigned scopes or changes that contradict the initial project brief.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before Work Starts: If you cancel your order before any work or research has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus transaction/processing fees).
- In-Progress Work: If work is currently in progress, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the milestones reached and hours spent.
- Completed Deliverables: Once the final files are sent or the website is deployed, refunds are generally not offered. However, we will work tirelessly through revisions to ensure you get the results you expect.
4. Refund Processing
Refund requests must be formally requested via email at contact@levlotech.com. Once approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
